Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin or bowl.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for better mixing. Toss blueberries in flour to prevent sinking. Grease tins for easier cleanup.
