- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Drizzle olive oil on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your choice of sides.
Notes
For crispier chicken, broil for 1-2 minutes after baking. Can marinate for 30 minutes to an hour for more flavor.
