- 4 ripe pears
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1 cup cranberries (fresh or dried)
- Honey for drizzling
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the pears in half and core them.
- In a bowl, mix goat cheese, cranberries, and a pinch of salt together.
- Stuff the pear halves with the cheese and cranberry mixture.
- Place the stuffed pears on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and honey.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pears are tender and golden.
- Serve warm as an appetizer, side dish, or dessert.
Notes
For a firmer texture, use slightly underripe pears. If using dried cranberries, soak them in warm water for 5 minutes before using.
