  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz. goat cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 grated garlic cloves
  • 1 cup homemade or jarred tomato bruschetta
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. balsamic glaze
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
  • Grilled crostini or pita for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, mozzarella, Greek yogurt, and garlic; mix well.
  3. Transfer to a greased 1-quart baking dish or ovenproof skillet, and spread into an even layer.
  4. Bake until warmed through and bubbling, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Spoon bruschetta overtop, and finish with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped basil leaves and serve immediately with grilled crostini or warm pita.

Notes

Use jarred bruschetta to cut active prep time. Soften cheeses at room temperature or microwave for short bursts. Check dip early to prevent overbrowning.
