Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (5–6 ounces each)
- 1 round of Boursin cheese (5.2 oz), garlic & fine herbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine Boursin cheese, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half the olive oil until smooth.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and drizzle with remaining olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in the baking dish skin-side down (if applicable), then spread the cheese mixture over each fillet.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until cooked through (145°F internal temperature).
Notes
Soften the Boursin at room temperature for 10 minutes to make spreading easier. Reheat leftovers gently to preserve texture.
