- 4 large portobello mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 to 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning, adjust to taste

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the mushrooms with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
Notes
For extra crisping, spray a light mist of oil on the caps before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
